1.1. Batch Commencement Timeline:
- Classroom and online programs are typically scheduled to start within 45 days from the date of enrollment.
1.2. Minimum Enrollment Requirement:
- A minimum number of participants may be required to start a batch. If the batch does not meet this requirement, we reserve the right to:
- Extend the batch commencement date by up to 45 days, or
- Start the batch with fewer participants at our discretion.
1.3. Early Commencement:
- In cases where the batch is not full but meets operational feasibility, we may start the program earlier than the planned date to ensure minimal disruption to enrolled students.
2. Communication of Batch Details
2.1. Notification:
- All enrolled students will be notified of the batch start date, time, and schedule via email or SMS at least 7 days before the batch begins.
2.2. Updates:
- Any changes to the batch start date or schedule will be promptly communicated to students through their registered contact details.
3. Program Delivery Method
3.1. Classroom Programs:
- Conducted at designated training centers and equipped with industry-standard facilities.
- Exact locations and schedules will be shared with participants upon batch confirmation.
3.2. Online Programs:
- Delivered via our e-learning platform with access to live sessions, recorded content, and supplementary materials.
- Login credentials and access details will be provided before the batch start date.
4. Exceptions and Delays
4.1. Unforeseen Circumstances:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, natural disasters, or regulatory restrictions), the batch start date may be postponed.
4.2. Refund Option:
- If we are unable to commence the batch within 45 days of enrollment and a revised timeline is not acceptable to the student, they may opt for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
